Royal River Trading Return Policy

As a wholesale company, all sales are final, however Royal River Trading fully guarantees our products against material and manufacturing defects. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect it may be returned. Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days past the shipping date. Royal River Trading at its discretion, will either replace the product or credit the retailer’s account for the invoiced price. All returns are subject to inspection before replacements or credits are issued. If Royal River Trading determines the goods are not of inferior quality, the return will not be accepted. No returns allowed for custom, discontinued, sale or non-stock items. Freight charges for any returns will not be reimbursed. Royal River Trading must authorize all returns in advance.

In the case of receiving a defective product, please email us at Service@RRTMaine.com to request a Return Authorization. We will not accept unauthorized returns. The Return Authorization number must be prominently written on the shipping label and a copy of the Return Authorization sheet placed outside or inside the returned package. Products returned without a Return Authorization number will be refused.
